How to Shell and Eat a Lobster

Growing up in Nova Scotia, pretty much everyone knew how to shell and eat an Atlantic lobster, but ever since I moved to Toronto, I keep having to show people how to do it and also how NOT to waste a lot of excellent and expensive meat. I made a video that shows how to get the most you can from a lobster and I do it 2 different ways, the way you would shell it in a restaurant and the way I prefer.
